FusionStak is looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is crucial for shaping the user experience of our innovative web and mobile applications.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver user-centered designs that elevate the overall user experience. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Develop comprehensive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct thorough user research, perform usability testing, and actively gather feedback to iteratively refine and improve designs.
• Create and maintain robust design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and efficient design implementation.
• Work in close partnership with development teams to ensure the accurate and seamless translation of UI designs into functional product features.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and advancements in industry tools and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard UI/UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Proven experience in designing for responsive web applications and adopting mobile-first design principles.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and usability principles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to create effective interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design and creating engaging animations to enhance user experience.
• Familiarity with building and utilizing design systems and component libraries.
• A foundational understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
• Previous experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
