UI/UX Designer Job in Pune at PrimaVerse IDC

PrimaVerse IDC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product development team in Pune, Maharashtra. This full-time role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. As a key member of our fast-paced technical team, you will significantly shape the user experience from concept to implementation, ensuring design consistency and usability across all platforms. We are looking for someone passionate about user-centered design and eager to contribute to innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and project managers to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop visually consistent UI designs that align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product interfaces.
• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design accuracy and fidelity.
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the UI/UX field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a product or technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Demonstrated experience in creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Inspect) and experience collaborating with front-end developers.
• A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Flutter/React Native design constraints is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience designing for SaaS products, dashboards, or data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
• Exposure to an Agile development environment.
