UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune (On-Site). As part of the Amura Marketing Technologies family, you will contribute to creating seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.

About This Role

• User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, using insights to drive design decisions.
  
  
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction ideas effectively.
  
  
• Visual Design: Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile with a focus on excellent user experience and visual appeal.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and team members to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project goals.
  
  
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
  
  
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
  
• Generative AI: Demonstrate understanding of generative AI tools and their application in design workflows.
  
  
• Usability Testing: Conduct testing sessions to gather feedback for continuous improvement and iteration.
  
  
• Accessibility: Ensure all designs adhere to best practices and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  
  
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  
  
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive layouts.
  
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is an added advantage.
  
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
