UI/UX Designer – Product Design

Archimedis Digital is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our product design team in Guindy, Chennai. In this role, you will craft intuitive digital experiences that bridge the gap between complex business goals and seamless user interactions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate requirements into engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and align them with user needs
• Create comprehensive deliverables including user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Lead usability testing, conduct competitor analysis, and perform rigorous user research to validate design strategies
• Ensure all interfaces are accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with broader product objectives
• Build and maintain robust design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines for consistency across platforms
• Simplify complex workflows into effective, easy-to-use user interfaces
• Maintain close coordination with development teams to guarantee accurate implementation of designs
• Leverage user feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in product experience
• Present compelling design solutions that educate stakeholders and drive optimal business outcomes
• Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in UX/UI

• 2–3 years (up to 4) of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise product environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency through the end-to-end product design process
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma for designing and prototyping applications
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction patterns
• Versatility in creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual assets
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-platform standards (iOS/Android/Web)
• Understanding of scalable design systems and component-based development approaches
• A technical advantage: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills for presentations and effective stakeholder management

• Proven experience designing complex enterprise applications or B2B products
• Analytical exposure to data visualization, dashboards, and metrics-driven interfaces
• Niche domain knowledge in life sciences or pharmaceuticals (a significant plus)
