Maxtra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time, permanent position requires a creative individual to contribute to the design and development of user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute theme customization and design engaging App and UI interfaces.
• Develop PSD templates and create compelling logo designs.
• Perform PSD to HTML conversion with precision.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and techniques.
• Design Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG).
• Contribute to software development project prioritization, timeline setting, and task delegation.
• Write and review code for various applications.
• Integrate quality philosophy and principles into daily operations.
• Conduct functionality testing and debug code to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor and evaluate junior web designers.
• Propose enhancements to software process management.
• Effectively handle client queries and provide solutions.
• Utilize internal systems for accurate data capture.
• Conduct research using resources like Stack Overflow, Bootsnipp, and optimization tools (Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix, W3C) to resolve developer queries.
• Implement and maintain total quality control measures.
• Collaborate with developers to build responsive websites and applications.
• Undertake any other assigned tasks by senior management.
