Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer – Digital Experience to lead critical design initiatives across enterprise web platforms, transformation programs, and marketing-driven digital assets. This pivotal role supports enterprise transformation initiatives by delivering high-quality, responsive web experiences, mobile-first interfaces, executive-ready pitch decks, and strategic content assets including eBooks, whitepapers, newsletters, case studies, and proposal materials. You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, delivery teams, digital marketing, sales teams, and leadership to translate complex transformation programs into clear, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences that enhance client delivery, strengthen brand authority, and drive revenue growth. This position demands strong strategic thinking, exceptional visual storytelling capabilities, and a commitment to hands-on execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Web & Digital Experience Design

• Lead UX/UI design for enterprise websites, transformation portals, and digital platforms.
• Design responsive web pages and mobile-first layouts optimized for usability and engagement.
• Create high-converting landing pages aligned with transformation campaigns and industry positioning.
• Translate complex enterprise initiatives into structured, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences.
• Ensure consistent brand application across all web properties and digital touchpoints.

2. Transformation Program Design Support

• Design executive-ready visuals to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Convert technical and architectural content into engaging digital formats.
• Create structured layouts for transformation roadmaps, architecture overviews, governance frameworks, platform landscapes, and integration concepts.
• Support client presentations and executive reviews with high-quality visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery leaders to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.

3. Pre-Sales, Pitch Decks & Revenue Enablement

• Partner with Sales, Enterprise Architects, and Leadership on strategic pursuits.
• Design high-impact pitch decks for enterprise pursuits, executive meetings, and client presentations.
• Create compelling visual storytelling frameworks that clearly articulate transformation vision, value proposition, and differentiation.
• Design effective proposal documents, capability decks, and executive presentation materials.
• Translate technical solution narratives into client-friendly visual frameworks to enhance win probability.
• Develop reusable proposal and pitch deck templates to improve speed, consistency, and quality of submissions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with professional layout refinement and document structuring.
• Create campaign landing pages and digital creatives aligned with industry-focused sales strategies.
• Contribute to strengthening Solutionara’s enterprise positioning through high-quality visual communication.

4. Content & Thought Leadership Design

• Design and format eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, insight reports, and capability brochures.
• Establish clear visual hierarchy and readability in long-form enterprise content.
• Develop reusable templates for consulting and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content assets reflect enterprise-grade professionalism and clarity.
• Support brand authority building through visually compelling transformation narratives.

5. Creative & Visual Branding

• Design creatives for website banners, campaign graphics, social media visuals, email marketing templates, and event/webinar materials.
• Maintain visual alignment with Solutionara’s evolving brand identity.
• Strengthen the company’s digital presence and enterprise credibility.

6. Responsive & Mobile-First Design

• Design mobile-responsive web experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure seamless consistency between desktop and mobile layouts.
• Validate usability and readability across different resolutions.
• Optimize layouts for clarity, engagement, and performance.

7. Design Systems & Reusability

• Develop scalable design systems and structured component libraries.
• Create reusable templates for web pages, pitch decks, proposals, whitepapers, and newsletters.
• Maintain consistency across transformation programs and marketing initiatives.
• Document design standards to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in UX/UI and digital web design.
• Strong experience designing responsive websites and mobile-first interfaces.
• Proven experience creating enterprise-grade pitch decks and executive presentations.
• Demonstrated experience designing long-form digital assets (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies).
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
• Strong understanding of layout systems, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing landing pages and marketing-driven web experiences.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, mobile responsiveness, pitch decks, enterprise content design, and marketing creatives.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into visually structured narratives.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting consulting or enterprise transformation firms.
• Exposure to integration, data, or digital transformation domains.
• Experience working with content management systems.
• Familiarity with web performance and usability best practices.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise digital marketing environments.
