UI/UX Designer

Meeer Dispatching is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Developer for its office in Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is ideal for local candidates or those willing to relocate to Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-converting landing pages and intuitive website experiences, acting as a bridge between aesthetics and functionality. A 'pixel-perfect' mindset and the ability to translate designs into clean code are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various web projects using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Development: Implement designs into responsive, SEO-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with familiarity in frameworks or builders like Elementor/Webflow being a plus.
• Optimization: Analyze user engagement data to refine UI elements and UX flows for improved conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing web design and landing page projects.
• Expertise in design software, with Figma being the preferred tool.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (especially Flexbox/Grid), and basic JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience with responsive design principles and a mobile-first approach.
• Knowledge of fundamental design principles such as typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in or be able to commute to Nikol, Ahmedabad.

Work Schedule:

This is a hybrid role with 3 days required in the Nikol office and 2 days of remote work. Standard working hours apply.
