UI/UX Designer Opportunity in Ahmedabad

NexusLink Services India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Naroda, Ahmedabad. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and the chance to shape user experiences for cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-centered designs by thoroughly understanding business objectives, target demographics, and technological limitations.
• Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and compelling visual mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
• Foster close collaboration with development teams, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to continuously refine and optimize design solutions.
• Champion design consistency across all products by creating and maintaining comprehensive style guides, design systems, and UI pattern libraries.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a closely related academic discipline.
• Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience as a UI/UX Designer within the IT sector or a comparable industry.
• Exhibit proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Showcase a strong grasp of responsive design principles, effective user flow creation, and intricate interaction design techniques.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Must be knowledgeable and have practical experience utilizing AI tools in design workflows.

Beneficial Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or foundational front-end development concepts.
• Prior experience working within an Agile development environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
