We help organizations move from manual processes to intelligent, data-driven operations through configurable workflows, dashboards, and automation.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands product thinking, not just screens — someone who can convert complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing user-centric experiences across web applications, dashboards, workflow builders, and enterprise modules. This role requires strong UX thinking, interaction design, and the ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams. Your work will directly influence how enterprise users interact with automation, analytics, and decision-making systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements, user journeys, and business workflows
- Convert complex processes into intuitive UX flows
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes
- Design clean and consistent UI for web applications
- Design dashboards, reports, and data visualization screens
- Conduct usability testing and improve based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Improve usability, accessibility, and performance of the product
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UX principles (heuristics, usability, accessibility)
- Wireframing & prototyping
- Interaction design & user flow creation
- Dashboard and data visualization design
- Responsive web design
- Design systems & component-based design
Tools:
Figma (Mandatory)
Adobe XD / Sketch (Optional)
FigJam / Miro / Notion (Preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise applications
- Experience designing workflow systems, CRMs, ERPs, or internal tools
- Understanding of user roles, permissions, and system states
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for developer collaboration)
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates must share a portfolio demonstrating:
- UX process (problem → thinking → solution)
- Wireframes & user flows
- Real product screens (not only Dribbble shots)
