UI/UX Designer Role at ProVUE Development in Mumbai

ProVUE Development is seeking a talented and strategic UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. This role is crucial in driving the end-to-end product design process, creating impactful, user-centric solutions that elevate user experience and align with business objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, defining user journeys, and delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.
• Lead the complete design lifecycle, from initial discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design execution.
• Transform complex user problems into elegant and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze findings to continuously improve product usability and performance.
• Develop and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for accessibility standards throughout the product development process.
• Work seamlessly with engineering and product teams to ensure efficient design implementation and high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy by leveraging a strong understanding of user behavior, business goals, and current industry trends.

Requirements

• Possess 2–4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar capacity.
• Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
• Have hands-on experience with user research, interaction design, and various usability testing methodologies.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of product thinking, design systems, and fundamental visual design principles.
• Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
