UI/UX Designer + Motion
About the Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with motion design expertise to shape clear, expressive product experiences across complex AI-enabled workflows. You will work on websites and product communication assets that drive engagement.
Your Responsibilities
- Transform user needs into intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Plan lightweight research, conduct usability reviews, and validate designs with data.
- Create responsive components, interaction patterns, and maintain design-system guidance.
- Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure visual quality during implementation.
- Produce purposeful motion graphics, explainers, and storytelling assets using Adobe After Effects.
What You Bring
We value an intermediate-to-advanced Figma workflow paired with a strong case-study portfolio. Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, prototyping, accessibility, and design systems is essential. Experience with responsive web and mobile product design is required.
- Comfortable working with Adobe After Effects for motion design
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Lottie, video editing, 3D basics, brand system management, usability testing methodologies, or experience designing data-rich/AI-assisted products will set you apart.
