UI/UX Designer

Tech Vortex Ventures Private Ltd, a leading tech startup in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our on-site team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of Keypr, our AI-driven app designed for meaningful connections. This position is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment and is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and long-term relationship-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.
• Contributing to and scaling our existing design system to support product growth.
• Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to articulate design concepts and validate functionality.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Ensuring design consistency and high visual quality across the application by developing and maintaining design systems.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Leveraging feedback, testing results, and product data to continuously enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile app design.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful mobile app design projects.
• Experience in building and maintaining reusable components, styles, and tokens within Figma.
• A deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills for effectively presenting design ideas.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal. The ability to reliably commute or relocate to Kolkata is required.
