Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces for web, mobile, and application platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Create essential design artifacts including wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Continuously enhance user experience based on feedback and performance data.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards across all platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• A solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
