UI/UX Designer Internship

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Hadapsar, Pune (Full-time). The ideal candidate will have 1.5 - 3 years of experience creating intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to drive product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with developers (HTML/CSS/JS), product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals.
• Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, responsiveness across iOS and Android devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch), prototyping platforms (InVision, Balsamiq), and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is highly desirable.
