Full Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Senior Designer (IND Professional GSMS-Proposals Mgmt) to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and brand-aligned digital experiences. This role applies strong expertise in product design, visual design, and user flows to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions for proposals, presentations, and client-facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience and Research: Lead discovery of stakeholder/user requirements; develop information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and apply usability/accessibility standards to improve navigation and experience.
- Interface Design and Prototyping: Create polished UI concepts, screen layouts, components, and interactive prototypes aligned with Aon brand standards. Translate complex content into clear, scalable digital experiences and prepare detailed handoff materials.
- Collaboration and Delivery: Partner with design managers, proposal teams, developers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Prioritize projects and manage multiple concurrent deliverables while balancing quality, timelines, and SLA expectations.
- Tech & AI Enablement: Build reusable design patterns/templates; leverage workflow tools (Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com) for collaboration/version control; use approved AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, prototyping, and quality control.
Required Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
Experience: 12–14 years of relevant UI/UX, digital design, product design, or visual design experience.
Skills: Proficient in user-centered design, interaction design, responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems. Expertise with modern tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including PowerPoint for business proposals). Strong communication skills to explain rationale and influence stakeholders.
