UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our R&D team at ExpertLancing Research Services LLP in Gurugram, Haryana. This role is pivotal in crafting intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging digital experiences for both web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex user needs into seamless and efficient user journeys. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about research and adept at solving intricate usability challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design intuitive interaction models and robust, scalable information architecture.
• Create responsive and accessible designs adhering to web and mobile platform standards.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and reusable design elements.
• Partner with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs.
• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data.
• Contribute to UX documentation, style guides, and design rationale.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and writing UX documentation.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, research, analytics, or enterprise product environments.
• Familiarity with comprehensive design systems and scalable product ecosystems.
• Exposure to data visualization or dashboard design.

This is a full-time, permanent role located in Gurugram, Haryana, offering a competitive salary range of ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per year.
