UI/UX Designer

Digiaccel Learning in Gurugram is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead design initiatives across its web presence and learning products. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the user interface, focusing on enhancing user experience and delivering delight at every touchpoint. You will collaborate closely with founders on strategy, and with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life. The position emphasizes a user-centric approach, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making, and working with a cross-functional team to ensure immaculate execution. A key responsibility will be the creation of a design system to ensure consistency and expedite development cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Define design thinking for Digiaccel in collaboration with the product team.
• Oversee design for the company website and learner experiences across all products.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system for all Digiaccel products.
• Collaborate with other design team members for seamless communication and consistency.
• Drive a user-centric design approach through rapid testing and iterative prototyping.
• Work closely with the engineering team for precise implementation of design ideas.
• Establish systems for monitoring platform behavior and gathering user feedback for continuous enhancement of the learner experience.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Formal degree in design, preferably with a specialization in Interaction Design or Visual Communication.
• 2-4 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Proven experience in a design role for a product-led company.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong product and visual design sensibilities, including experience in concept creation and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering quality software products for web and mobile platforms in a team environment.
• Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence, and strong collaborative abilities.
