About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create simple, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product and development teams across web and mobile applications to define requirements, design solutions, and optimize overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma.Design clean, intuitive interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design systems.Conduct basic UX research to identify user needs and validate design decisions.Partner closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Built interactive prototypes to demonstrate product concepts and user journeys effectively.Evaluate existing designs based on feedback, data, and project goals for continuous improvement.Participate in strategic discussions to propose innovative design solutions for products.Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.Manage multiple concurrent tasks while adhering to strict timelines and delivery standards.Qualifications:
2–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a closely related role.Proven hands-on expertise with Figma for interface design, wireframing, and prototyping workflows.Solid grasp of core UX/UI principles centered on usability and accessibility.Demonstrated ability to craft high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Familiarity with foundational techniques in user research and journey mapping.Strong understanding of responsive design patterns for diverse web and mobile platforms.A keen eye for aesthetics including layout structure, typography selection, and visual consistency.Capability to translate complex project requirements into practical, functional designs.Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.An impressive portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work is highly preferred.Why Join WaterMarc?
