The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Ghaziabad. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our diverse range of digital products and websites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of design thinking, a deep understanding of usability principles, and the ability to execute designs effectively.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Create responsive and adaptable layouts optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
- Establish and maintain consistent design systems and comprehensive style guides.
- Conduct foundational user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Map out user flows, define user personas, and structure information architecture for optimal navigation.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions, incorporating feedback to iteratively refine designs.
- Ensure designs adhere to fundamental web accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional team members to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Continuously improve designs based on performance analytics and user insights.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Working knowledge of image editing software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
- A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
