UI/UX Designer Opportunity at Tiny Script Soft Tech in Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Tiny Script Soft Tech is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join their dynamic team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the capability to transform business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Enhance user experience through feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and product teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Ensure all designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variants.
• Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing systems, and layout hierarchy.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with developers in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience designing dashboard or SaaS products.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe tools.
