UI/UX Designer& Figma Experience

BUSINESS ONLINE SOLUTION is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with demonstrated Figma experience to join their team in Dwarka, Delhi. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive web applications, ensuring excellent user experience, and maintaining design consistency. Key responsibilities include converting Figma designs into high-quality UI components, collaborating with designers and backend developers, and optimizing application performance. Required skills encompass strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI/UX principles, responsive design, Figma for design interpretation and collaboration, REST API integration, and Git. Preferred skills include experience with Redux/Context API, basic UI design tools, cross-browser compatibility, and Agile/Scrum methodology. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant frontend development experience. Essential soft skills include strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. The work schedule is a 5.5-day week with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. The salary offered is ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month, with benefits like leave encashment. This is an in-person role located in Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi.
