NetMaxims Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for their mobile applications. This full-time, in-person role in Faridabad, Haryana, offers an exciting opportunity to shape the interface and usability of innovative digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-friendly and visually engaging UI/UX designs for iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives and user needs.
• Produce detailed wireframes, user journeys, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Establish and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides for product consistency.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, integrating feedback for continuous design improvement.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in typography, color palettes, layout, and interaction design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Bolt, AI Google Studio, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A strong grasp of user-centered design principles and a mobile-first design philosophy.
• Proven experience in designing responsive, interactive, and modern mobile interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into creative and user-centric design solutions.
