UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer in Delhi, India (with remote flexibility) who understands that great design isn't just beautiful—it converts. You will create user-centric designs for websites and digital campaigns aligned with SEO best practices to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages optimized for Delhi-based markets and global clients.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with developers in our remote-friendly environment to ensure pixel-perfect implementation accuracy.
• Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across all devices, catering to mobile-first users in India and beyond.
• Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns targeting the Indian market.
• Work closely with SEO teams to ensure designs support technical SEO requirements crucial for regional search rankings.
• Present design concepts and rationale directly to clients to build strong relationships.
• Iterate designs rapidly based on data, feedback, and A/B testing results.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all client touchpoints in India and internationally.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within an agency or digital marketing context in Delhi or remotely for Indian clients.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful web and mobile design projects with a focus on conversion.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing for responsive layouts and mobile-first strategies prevalent in India's high-mobility market.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive designs.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints is a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based architecture for scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English, essential for client presentations within the Indian time zone.
• The ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a team setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing specifically for conversion optimization (CRO).
• In-depth understanding of SEO mechanics and how design impacts search rankings locally and globally.
• Motion design or animation skills using After Effects or Principle.
• Front-end development knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress for content management.
• Illustration skills to enhance brand storytelling.
• A background in psychology or behavioral design methodologies.
