UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who understands that great design isn't just beautiful—it converts. You'll create user-centric designs for websites and digital campaigns in Delhi, India (with remote flexibility) that align with SEO best practices and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or Adobe XD
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Develop robust design systems and component libraries for scalability
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation accuracy
• Create responsive interfaces optimized for all devices, prioritizing mobile-first approaches
• Generate visual assets tailored for high-impact digital marketing campaigns
• Partner directly with SEO teams to integrate technical requirements into design workflows
• Persuade clients by presenting clear design concepts and strategic rationale
• Iterate designs rapidly based on data insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results
• Maintain strict brand consistency across every client touchpoint

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience in agency or digital marketing environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful web and mobile design projects for clients like trisdel media pvt ltd
• Demonstrated proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch tools
• Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles to solve real business problems
• Proven experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces that perform flawlessly on all devices

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and how they impact modern design workflows
• Working knowledge of design systems and component-based architecture patterns

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience designing specifically for conversion rate optimization (CRO) campaigns
• In-depth understanding of SEO fundamentals and how design choices impact search rankings in Delhi, India markets
• Motion design or animation skills using After Effects or Principle software
• Front-end development capabilities including HTML, CSS, JavaScript implementation knowledge
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and heat mapping analytics tools like Hotjar
• Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar content management systems
• Creative illustration skills or branding project experience from previous roles
• Educational background in psychology or behavioral design theories
