UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in crafting beautiful, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders at Creato (Creator Bridge) to transform ideas into functional, appealing, and intuitive designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Delhi to understand business objectives and user requirements.
• Design responsive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications tailored to Indian markets.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps using industry-standard tools.
• Develop interactive prototypes leveraging Figma or other modern prototyping solutions.
• Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing to refine the overall user experience for diverse demographics.
• Maintain a consistent visual language that strictly adheres to brand guidelines while driving innovation.
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups and comprehensive design specifications ready for development handoff.
• Stay ahead of the curve with latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to social commerce.
• Actively contribute to product ideation and innovation with a strong user-first mindset.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated 2–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms within the tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
