UI/UX Designer

Mise En Place, a creatively driven and tech-forward digital marketing agency in Delhi, is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and possess a passion for transforming concepts into visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences. If you envision wireframes as foundational elements for impactful design and prototypes as compelling narratives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Establishing and managing design systems and UI component libraries.
• Conducting user research to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.
• Collaborating effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring designs are responsive and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Preparing design assets and documentation for developer handoff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
• A strong grasp of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Exceptional visual design skills, including expertise in typography, spacing, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

This is a full-time, permanent position with work located in Delhi, Delhi.
