UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven UI/UX Designer located in Bengaluru. This role combines intuitive design work with hands-on management of digital marketing activities across our platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, have a strong design portfolio, and possess experience running digital advertising campaigns and managing social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly interfaces for web/mobile using Figma; develop design systems and component libraries. Translate requirements into user-centered solutions, conduct usability analysis, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth handovers.
• Digital Marketing: Plan organic/paid campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Meta. Create creatives, manage social accounts (content calendars, engagement), monitor metrics like CTR/ROAS, optimize ads, coordinate product launches, and handle basic SEO tasks.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Hands-on management of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
• Social media planning, scheduling, and engagement expertise.
• Strong visual design skills in typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
• Understanding of responsive/mobile-first principles.
• Creative asset creation using Figma/Canva/Adobe tools.
