About The Role
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to the design of intelligent, AI-powered internal platforms. These platforms are engineered to combine AI-generated insights, guided workflows, and descriptive dashboards, empowering users to make faster, more informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform data-driven outputs into intuitive and trustworthy user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for AI-driven web applications.
- Create intuitive dashboard experiences that effectively balance data depth with clarity.
- Assist in designing assistive AI interactions.
- Translate product requirements into structured information architecture.
- Contribute to and evolve a library of reusable design components and patterns.
- Participate in usability testing and integrate feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers within an agile development framework.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a preference for B2B or data-heavy product experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing structured thinking and clean visual execution.
- Demonstrated experience in designing dashboards, data visualization, or workflow-based applications.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- A solid understanding of interaction design, hierarchy, and usability principles.
- Comfort and experience working collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
