UI/UX Designer Opportunity in Ahmedabad

Headway Business Solutions LLP is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary starting from ₹20,000 per month. Our work hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in both UI design and UX development, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for creating user-centered designs. This role offers excellent mentorship and the opportunity to work on diverse industry projects in a fun office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior, develop personas, and align them with project objectives.
• Utilize design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Create low-fidelity, high-fidelity, and final visual designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces.
• Develop interactive prototypes to effectively test and understand user behavior.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ensure the aesthetic appeal and intuitive navigation of our products.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure successful design implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, with 2-3 years of experience preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
• A proactive approach to proving design capabilities and driving business impact.
• Enthusiasm for working across different industries and understanding their unique requirements.
• A desire to learn from a design leader and benefit from close mentorship.
• Ability to work from our office in Ahmedabad in a stimulating and enjoyable work setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
