Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in innovating by studying and researching project challenges, fostering curiosity, ideating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will design meaningful experiences for our customers through thoughtful application of design thinking principles, with an emphasis on user testing. Your responsibilities will include crafting intuitive and functional user interfaces for our website and applications, translating high-level requirements into interaction flows, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and interaction design, creating and implementing user interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes in a clean, well-structured, and easily navigable format.
• Collaborate with developers and other designers to build scalable solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver fully functional, secure, and engaging digital solutions.
• Incorporate user feedback, design best practices, and business understanding into effective designs.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Contribute to team standards for excellent experience design and design quality, maintaining our UI design pattern library.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree or diploma, or relevant multimedia courses.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio and a keen sensitivity to user-system interactions.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw.
• Good knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and UX/UI design principles.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Practical experience in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Javascript is optional but beneficial.
• Must be dedicated, result-focused, flexible, and creative.
• A self-motivated and strong collaborator, capable of managing expectations and conflicting needs.
