UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful, metrics-driven UX Designer to join our Innovation team in Ahmedabad (India).

• Focus: Consumer-facing e-commerce experiences and internal AI-powered platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Experience Design: Create seamless designs for mobile, desktop, web, and native apps balancing aesthetics with business needs.
2. Execution: Translate briefs into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visuals using Figma.
3. Metrics-Driven: Align work to KPIs like revenue lift, completion rates, and AI edit efficiency.
4. Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering (using Storybook), Data, and Design stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in UX design (e-commerce or internal tools).
• Skills: Strong Figma proficiency, responsive design principles, and analytics interpretation (GA4, ContentSquare).
• Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, with the ability to advocate for user needs strategically.
