UI/UX Designer

Maxus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic product team in Marol Naka, Mumbai. We are looking for an individual passionate about crafting clean, modern, and user-friendly designs for both mobile and web applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our development team to bring innovative product ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for mobile and web applications.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Maintain design consistency and adherence to modern aesthetics across all user interfaces.
• Partner with software developers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of designs.
• Contribute to user research and identify opportunities for usability enhancements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1–3 years of dedicated experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong and compelling portfolio showcasing clean, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• The ability to effectively support the development team and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working within a product-based company.
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

This is a Full-time, Permanent position based In person at our office in Marol Naka, Andheri, Mumbai.
