Full Job Description

UI/UX Design Intern

We are seeking a creative and motivated design intern to join our product team at Kaizen Infotech Solutions in Thane. This 6-month internship offers immediate start dates with on-site work from Monday to Saturday, providing hands-on experience designing for real-world enterprise applications used by actual clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design responsive web and mobile interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets like icons and illustrations.
  • Conduct user research to translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers for accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain UI component libraries and participate in design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Design, Fine Arts, CS, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch; understanding of UX principles and information architecture.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual skills is essential.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
