About the Internship

ThinkNovaa is seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in designing user-friendly interfaces, creating wireframes, developing interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and improving digital experiences through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing visually appealing, responsive websites and mobile applications that adhere to modern design principles.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct basic user research and analyze data to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure effective implementation of designs.
• Maintain design documentation, contribute to the creation of reusable component libraries, and support visual guideline standards.

Requirements

• Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout composition, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD is highly preferred; knowledge of other platforms like Sketch or InVision is acceptable.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS concepts to facilitate better developer collaboration (a significant plus).
• Demonstrated creativity, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills.
