UI & UX Product Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer for our South Delhi location to design intuitive, scalable web applications optimized for desktop and mobile. With at least 1 year of experience, you will bridge the gap between strategic visionaries and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineers to translate goals into seamless digital experiences for our clients (e.g., gowithgbi).
• Responsive Layout Design: Create fluid, accessible layouts that perform perfectly across all device resolutions.
• UX Research & Frameworks: Develop User Personas, map Use Cases, and chart Golden Paths to streamline workflows for our users.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Transition from low-fidelity sketches to interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Applying UX Psychology: Leverage Jakob's Law, Hick's Law, and other scientific principles to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
• Developer Handoff: Provide structured design tokens, assets, and component states for pixel-perfect deployment by development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year designing web-based applications (Desktop & Mobile).
• Core UX Methodologies: Proficiency in Persona Mapping, Use Case creation, and Golden Path definition.
• Design Toolkit: Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD/Sketch/Photoshop, or AI design tools.
• Theoretical Knowledge: Deep understanding of UI laws, typography, color theory, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and layout grids.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic HTML5/CSS3 knowledge for better front-end collaboration.
• Experience with user testing sessions and qualitative feedback gathering.
• A structured portfolio showcasing the full design process from research to final UI screens.
