UI/UX Designer (Front-End Focus) - Saaol Heart Center, New Delhi

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong front-end orientation to join our team at Saaol Heart Center in New Delhi. This role is crucial in crafting exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for translating complex business and product requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs. Your key responsibilities include creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration from concept to launch. A significant part of the role involves conducting usability testing and iterating designs based on valuable user feedback. You will also contribute to maintaining and enhancing our design systems, UI components, and style guides, ensuring consistency and scalability. A strong commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices is essential. You will work hand-in-hand with our front-end developers to guarantee accurate and faithful implementation of your designs. Staying abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end technologies is expected to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 24 years of professional experience in UI/UX design is required.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates user-centered and scalable design solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a foundational understanding of JavaScript. Experience with React is a significant advantage.
• A deep understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
