UI UX Developer

This is an ownership-focused UI/UX Developer role where you will carry ideas from wireframe to production for both customer-facing websites and internal business applications. You are responsible for defining, improving, or building design systems that unify these surfaces without relying on handed-off specs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web products
• Develop clean, responsive, accessible front-end code from designs to production
• Maintain shared design systems covering components, typography, spacing, colour, and interaction states
• Collaborate with backend developers on API integration and end-to-end feature shipping
• Translate requirements from non-technical teams into clear interface decisions
• Optimize for performance, mobile experience, and cross-browser consistency
• Evaluate live products based on actual user behavior to drive improvements

We Are Looking For:

• 2-5 years of combined design/build experience in web interfaces
• Mastery of Figma for UI design, prototyping, and component libraries
• Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (framework knowledge secondary)
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript
• Familiarity with modern CSS approaches like Tailwind and component-driven architecture
• Comfortable Git workflows and collaborative version control practices
• A portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and shipped interfaces
• An eye for typography, spacing, and product imagery placement
