About the Role

Nityo Infotech is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design and optimize user flows to ensure seamless and engaging experiences for end-users.
• Develop visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
• Analyze and interpret research data to enhance the user experience, creating personas, user journeys, and interaction models based on insights.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet business requirements.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and iteration.
• Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are accurately executed.
• Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize user interactions and design elements.
• Develop responsive, high-quality UI elements, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Implement design systems and contribute to improving the overall design process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant software.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
• Experience with responsive design and creating mobile-first experiences.
• Experience with front-end development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of animation tools and techniques for enhancing UI interactions is beneficial.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
