Koffeetech is seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into seamless user journeys and clean interface designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain and advance design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• A solid understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into intuitive designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
