UI UX Designer

Job Overview

Freshboost, the digital growth division of Cyces Innovation Labs LLP in Chennai, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer. You will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and visual aesthetics. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to transform innovative ideas into intuitive and functional designs, contributing to impactful digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
• Develop comprehensive wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to iteratively enhance designs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Translate complex product requirements into clean, user-friendly, and engaging designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX within the Chennai tech landscape and globally.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrated understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for diverse platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• A keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
