UI / UX Designer

SuprSend is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our early-stage team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. In this high-impact, high-ownership role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our developer-focused notification platform. Your contributions will directly influence how developers perceive our product, their onboarding speed, and their ability to scale with our services. As a product-led startup, design is integral to our product, and your craft will significantly affect conversion, adoption, trust, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive product interfaces and flows that simplify complex technical features.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for core product surfaces.
• Redesign and enhance our website and landing pages to improve clarity, build trust, and drive product-led growth.
• Develop and maintain our design system, visual guidelines, and brand language.
• Produce marketing assets including newsletters, social media graphics, case studies, and presentations.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ensure a consistent and developer-friendly design language across both the product and brand.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, with a preference for SaaS, DevTools, or B2B environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing product UI, user flows, web design, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Webflow.
• Advanced understanding of design principles including composition, layouts, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
• A first-principles thinking and research-oriented mindset, capable of innovating through learning and collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take high ownership and deliver results.
• Bonus: Experience with designing animations.
