Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and AI-enabled platforms. Responsibilities include designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and domain experts. You will conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experiences. Maintaining design consistency while adapting to the specific needs of life sciences applications is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience in the Life Sciences industry or with AI-enabled platforms is a significant plus. A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies is required, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
