About the Role: UI-UX and Graphic Designer

Infynno Solutions LLP is seeking a talented UI-UX Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience and visual identity of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough user research, analyze usability test findings, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively visualize user flow concepts.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system, ensuring brand consistency across all products and platforms.
• Produce high-quality graphic content for both digital and print mediums, including social media assets, banners, website visuals, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all graphic designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual identity standards, maintaining uniformity across all communication channels.
• Design compelling visuals that effectively convey messages, tell stories, and drive user engagement.
• Develop eye-catching designs for a variety of applications, including web interfaces, social media campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

Usability & Testing:

• Perform usability testing and systematically gather feedback to refine UI/UX designs and guarantee an optimal user experience.
• Analyze and integrate user feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and iteration of designs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience encompassing both UI/UX design and graphic design, ideally within a digital or web-focused context.
• Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A strong grasp of user-centered design principles, wireframing techniques, prototyping methodologies, and responsive design practices.
• Substantial experience in creating digital and print graphics, including social media visuals, website banners, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects alongside your graphic design work (digital and/or print).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and justify design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Possess strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to translate business requirements and user feedback into effective visual solutions.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or prior experience working closely with front-end developers.
• Familiarity with user testing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar).
• Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or other digital product industries.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
