UI Lead Job

YASH Technologies, a leading technology integrator in Pune, India, is seeking a talented UI Lead professional to join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test web-based applications, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Develop, test, and document high-quality software that meets user and functional requirements within specified timeframes, adhering to best coding standards.
• Generate rapid prototypes to validate feasibility.
• Create all necessary documentation for software operation.
• Ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality delivery by adhering to prescribed development systems, processes, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Execute tasks as assigned by the Delivery Lead or Team Lead.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI Developer with a strong focus on user interface development.
• Extensive experience in the design and development of User Interfaces using various Front-end technologies and approaches, including SSR, SPA, and PWA Apps.
• Proficient in React, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies, with the ability to analyze and develop code.
• Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform development, Server-side rendering, and Micro Frontends.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments.
• Proven experience in analyzing and tuning application performance.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library (RTL).
• Strong experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI (MUI), Ant Design (ANTD), PrimeReact, or similar.
• Good understanding of web accessibility concepts.
• Proficient in CI/CD environments and version control tools like Git.
• Demonstrated experience with user interface monitoring tools.
