UI Developer

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on building high-quality, responsive, and visually engaging web interfaces by leveraging expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will transform detailed UI/UX designs into seamless user experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to frontend architecture decisions. The position requires strong attention to performance, accessibility, and code quality, with the ability to mentor junior developers and uphold best practices. Responsibilities include leading the development of responsive and interactive web interfaces using semantic HTML5 and modular CSS3, translating complex UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Sketch into pixel-perfect implementations, and developing scalable styling architecture using CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap). You will implement dynamic behaviors using vanilla JavaScript and libraries like jQuery, champion best practices for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design, and collaborate with design, product, and backend engineering teams. Guiding and mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions, contributing to frontend architecture decisions (especially for SPAs built using Angular), proactively identifying UI performance bottlenecks, and advocating for clean, well-documented, and reusable code are also key aspects of this role. You will report to the VP – Engineering.
