UI Developer

We are developing an Enterprise Knowledge Graph using Graph and Semantic technologies to map complex application, data, and infrastructure asset relationships. This initiative aims to facilitate data-driven insights and decision-making across our business divisions, crucial for understanding risk impact, optimizing costs, assessing business resiliency, managing change, and identifying growth opportunities. We are linking vast amounts of data from heterogeneous sources to generate meaningful intelligence. Additionally, we are employing Process & Task Mining methodologies to discover, analyze, monitor, and optimize business processes using digital footprints. By creating a Digital Twin of business processes, we can apply advanced data and process analytics, including machine learning, to build process forecasting models for early issue detection and capacity modeling.

Responsibilities include working with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into UX/UI deliverables. You will act as a technical thought leader by researching industry trends and cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Requirements include a minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a focus on Front End and UI/UX development. Strong proficiency in core and advanced JavaScript concepts, including the latest EcmaScript features, is essential. Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.JS, Angular, or Vue is required. Experience with Monorepo and Micro-Frontend architecture for scalable and modular application development is necessary. Expertise in UI/UX design patterns and best practices, along with strong experience in building user interfaces for data-intensive platforms, is expected. Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, architecture, and application integration is also a must. Strong experience in architecting scalable applications capable of supporting a large number of global users is needed. Hands-on experience with core DevOps tooling and best practices, managed at a platform level, is required. Experience managing large UI products from a delivery, code quality, and maintenance perspective is essential. Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, etc., and experience managing deployments and build frameworks are necessary. Familiarity with Agile Development, TDD, and BDD is expected. Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and excellent oral and written communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences, are required. A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Experience building UI/Visualization for graph-based data using frameworks like D3, Reactflow, Keylines, ReGraph is beneficial. Experience building Chatbots and other analytics applications using AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus. Financial Services experience will be a strong advantage.
