About the Program

Embark on an exciting initiative focused on constructing an Enterprise Knowledge Graph. This project leverages Graph and Semantic technologies to map intricate relationships between applications, data, and infrastructure assets, thereby enabling data-driven insights and informed decision-making. Across our business divisions, we are committed to understanding risk impact, optimizing costs, assessing business resiliency, managing change, and identifying opportunities to fuel growth. This requires linking vast amounts of diverse data from heterogeneous sources within the Firm to generate actionable intelligence. Additionally, we are employing Process & Task Mining methodologies to discover, analyze, monitor, and optimize business processes through digital footprints. By creating a Digital Twin of business processes, we can apply advanced data and process analytics, including machine learning, to build process forecasting models for early issue detection and capacity modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into UX/UI deliverables.
• Act as a technical thought leader by researching and staying abreast of industry trends, cutting-edge tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Front End and UI/UX development.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency and in-depth knowledge of core and advanced JavaScript concepts, including the latest EcmaScript features.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.JS, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with Monorepo and Micro-Frontend architecture for scalable and modular application development.
• Expertise in UI/UX design patterns and best practices.
• Strong experience in building user interfaces for data-intensive platforms.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Architecture, and Application Integration.
• Strong experience in architecting scalable applications capable of supporting a large number of global users.
• Hands-on experience with core DevOps tooling and best practices, managing these at a platform level.
• Hands-on experience managing large UI products from delivery, code quality, and maintenance perspectives.
• Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, etc.
• Experience in managing deployments and build frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile Development, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience building UI/Visualization for graph-based data using frameworks like D3, Reactflow, Keylines, or ReGraph.
• Experience building Chatbots and other analytics applications using AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Financial Services experience is a significant advantage.
