UI Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our dynamic Applied AI team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly responsive frontend for our generative AI-based platform, AURA. This platform is designed to facilitate seamless user interactions and serve as a critical component for delivering AI-driven solutions throughout the organization.

As a ReactJS Developer, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product design teams, and backend engineers to implement innovative solutions that align with our strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a highly responsive web-based user interface using ReactJS.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement interactive and intuitive designs.
• Work closely with Product Design and Business teams to ensure alignment with user needs and product goals.
• Effectively translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Adhere to best practices in UI/UX development.
• Manage code repositories and versioning using Git and related tools.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with the frontend.
• Perform unit testing and assist with integration testing for high-quality, bug-free releases.
• Champion the integration of advanced machine learning technologies and methodologies into current and future business operations.
• Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring consistent value delivery and adaptability to evolving business needs or data insights.
• Foster knowledge sharing and innovation within the team, staying abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in AI applications.
• Mentor and develop team members, building capabilities that support long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, including hands-on experience with React Hooks and the Context API.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Redux, Next.js, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and their implementation in responsive and interactive designs.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for effective collaboration with designers.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and code collaboration platforms such as GitHub.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
