UI Designer – 0–1 Years Experience

About The Role

We are looking for a UI Designer with 0–1 years of experience who is excited about building beautiful, intuitive digital products and wants to grow in a fast-moving AI startup. You don't need years of experience; we're looking for someone with a great eye for design, strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and engaging web and SaaS interfaces.
• Turn product ideas and requirements into intuitive UI designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs primarily in Figma.
• Help build and maintain our design system by creating reusable components.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to take designs from concept to production.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product matches the design intent.
• Think about responsive design across different screen sizes.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.
• Explore different design approaches and iterate quickly based on feedback.

AI Is Part of The Job

We expect our designers to use AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, Figma AI, and other emerging AI tools for prototyping, visual generation, research, and ideation. What matters is that you're curious, comfortable experimenting, and excited to figure out how AI can improve your design workflow.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are very welcome.
• Good knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI fundamentals — typography, colour, spacing, grids, hierarchy, and visual balance.
• A good eye for detail and visual consistency.
• Basic understanding of UX and user-centric design principles.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
