Full Job Description
EY is seeking experienced Process Mapping Analysts to join our team in Noida, India. This role involves leading and executing process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on utilizing SAP Signavio for process modeling, analysis, and optimization. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing sustainable solutions to drive operational excellence. This includes conducting root cause analysis, developing data-driven recommendations, and monitoring process performance. We are looking for candidates with at least 5-10 years of experience, a Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, and proven experience with SAP Signavio. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience with RPA and AI-based automation is a plus.
